The CDÉA will implement a sustainable charitable program, with particular attention to our young entrepreneurs.
In June 2011, the late Venence Côté and his wife Andrée Morissette Côté began the Venence-et-Andrée- (Morissette) Entrepreneurship Fund (CDÉA). Their aspirational fund aims to fuel the economic development and entrepreneurship of Alberta’s Francophonie. By honouring the creators of the fund, the annual profits generated help facilitate local projects and grassroot initiatives. The CDÉA has also established links with the Fernando-Girard Foundation in Economics.
As part of the new CDEA Strategic Plan, the directors want to continue focusing on the economic development of the Francophone community of Alberta.
It is with great respect that CDÉA continues to collaborate with the Fernando-Girard Foundation in Economics (FFGÉ).
